Recap
“Recap” 是 recapitulate（概括、复述要点）的口语缩写，可作动词或名词。在会议、课堂、播客和体育解说中很常见，如 let me recap（让我总结一下）、a quick recap（快速回顾）。

在美式职场和播客文化中，“recap” 极其高频，如 weekly recap、season recap；体育评论中也常用 play recap 回顾关键回合。
