Frosting

  1. “The windows were frosting up as the temperature dropped below zero.”
  2. “She spent Sunday afternoon frosting cupcakes for the bake sale.”
  3. “A light frosting on the fields warned farmers that winter was near.”

  • 固定搭配: “frosting a cake” (给蛋糕裱霜), “frosting over” (结满霜), “buttercream frosting” (黄油奶油糖霜)
