Escaped

“Escaped” 来自 escape(逃跑、逃脱、避开)。可指人身脱离危险(escaped from the fire),气体或液体泄漏(gas escaped),或抽象上躲过后果(escaped punishment)。

  1. “Two prisoners escaped during the night shift.”
  2. “A little steam escaped when she opened the lid.”
  3. “Only one document escaped the archive fire.”

“The cat escaped through the window and returned only when it started raining.”
