Arrested
“Arrested” 最常见义为被执法机关依法拘留，如 “He was arrested for theft.”（他因盗窃被捕。）医学里 “cardiac arrest” 指心脏骤停，动词 arrest 也有“阻止、止住”之义，如 “The bleeding was arrested.”（出血止住了。）
